Lady Gaga attends the promotional event for her new album ‘Joanne’ at the The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo on Nov. 2, 2016 in Tokyo, Japan.

Lady Gaga gave an emotional and revealing interview to CBS Sunday Morning on Nov. 27, discussing everything from her breakup with actor Taylor Kinney to the drawbacks of fame.

Gaga sat down with CBS’ Lee Cowan to promote her latest album, Joanne, and her highly anticipated halftime performance at Super Bowl XLII on Feb. 5, 2017. Check out some of the highlights, and watch the interview below.

On the end of her engagement with Kinney:

«I think women love very hard. We love men. We just love with everything we have. And sometimes I don’t know that that love is met with the type of dignity that we wish it would be met with. You know, we’re not trying to make you less of a man. We just want you to love us as deeply and as wholesomely and as fully as we love you.»

    On the drawbacks of fame:

«I’m very acutely aware that once I cross that property line, I’m not free anymore. As soon as I go out into the world, I belong, in a way, to everyone else. It’s legal to follow me. It’s legal to stalk me at the beach. And I can’t call the police or ask them to leave. And I took a long, hard look at that property line, and I said, ‘Well, if I can’t be free out there, I can be free in here.'»

On her concern about how fans will perceive her stylistic chance on Joanne:

«I think it is hard for them at times to, you know, change from album to album, ‘cause I go through quite a transformation. And that’s just the way I am as an artist. You know, they have to kind of let go of the last era of music.»
