Lady Gaga’s Post-Show Routine Looks Incredibly Chilling (Literally): See Pic

Many artists and athletes opt for ice baths following an exhaustive day, but Lady Gaga — who famously likes to stray away from the norm — chooses a more intense option.

The pop star shared her post-show routine with fans following her Enigma concert on Thursday night (Oct. 17), and it’s not for the faint of heart! In a series of Instagram posts, she shows herself gritting her teeth while submerged in ice, relaxing in a hot bath, and donning a compression suit (with a pink eye mask to match her newly bubblegum-hued hair).

«Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20,» Gaga captioned the post.

The routine may seem intimidating, but it clearly gives the singer a sense of relief — especially after enduring onstage accidents. Just hours prior on Thursday, a fan named Jack picked Gaga up during her Vegas show…only for the both of them to come falling down off the stage. Gaga later told the crowd that she was okay. «That was a fall!» she said to the Little Monster. «Can you promise me something, can you just forgive yourself right now for that happening?»

    Check out Gaga’s post below.
