Cats doesn’t hit theaters until December, but Taylor Swift has given fans some catnip to soothe them in the form of a new song off the soundtrack, the haunting «Beautiful Ghosts.»

The tune, co-written with the play’s composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, will be sung by Victoria the White Cat in the movie, but Swift’s studio recording will play over the credits, according to Playbill.

Swift, a cat enthusiast herself, will appear as the feline Bombalurina in the film, out Dec. 20. Watch the lyric video to «Beautiful Ghosts» below.
